Krishna’s has been awarded “Eating Well to be Well” award by City of Stoke on Trent Council for providing healthy food options to all our guests. We have bagged the award based on few criteria like replacing vegetable oil with sunflower oil which has low saturated fat, using low sodium salt, less sugar drinks, green salad option, healthy fish like sea bass in the menu and much more. It's a campaign to reduce obesity by providing healthy food to our citizens.
As a matter of fact (health profile NHS 2013) 24 % children in Stoke on Trent are obese by the time they reach year 6. It continues to adulthood leading to serious health issues. The “Eating Well to be Well” Award is the sign of healthier food! And so we are committed providing healthy food to our guests.
